My Dream Show Beauty and Hope
China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe (CDPPAT) is a group of young people who dream of creating a miracle. Over the past 20 years CDPPAT has visited hundreds of countries, and inspired hundreds of thousands of spectators.
This year, the Tzu Chi Buddha Foundation and DAAI TV invited CDPPAT to perform in three Indonesian cities, Medan on the 22nd-23rd July 2017, Jakarta on the 29th-30th July 2017 and in Surabaya on the 5th-6th August 2017.
Artists with hearing and sight impairments performed spectacular dances and performances, such as beautiful Boddhisatva hand dance harmonies performed by deaf artists, and spring dances and musical performances performed by the blind.

“DAAI TV wants to give spirit to life, and to instill an appreciation of life. Thanks to tenacity, discipline and hard work, the CDPPAT group is able to combat the negative perceptions regarding the capabilities of people with disabilities. Their work can be enjoyed by the global community and provide motivation for everyone" said DAAI TV CEO Hong Thjin
