PFI Management recently held its first panel meeting on the 12^th August 2015 at PFI office at Jl. Gunung Sahari VI no. 38, Central Jakarta. The meeting was attended by the 9 members of the PFI Executive Board. The meeting consisted of three agendas, namely: Completion of PFI Structure of Organization, Work Program of Management, and the Appointment of Executive Director.

The panel meeting was chaired by the Chairman, Mr. Timotheus Lesmana, and the Secretary of the Executive Board, Suzanty Sitorus, and was intended as an opportunity to introduce the new member of management and to consolidate the organization. The panel meeting established two important agreements: the framing of guidelines that would delineate the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Board & Management, as well as the Code of Conduct and Management of Conflict of Interest. These agreements are to be crucial in ensuring good governance for the sake of PFI accountability.

The panel meeting also agreed on work agendas set for the year of 2015 and on preparing work programs for 2016. The next panel meeting is scheduled for October 2015 with the agenda of preparing the PFI work program for 2016-2017. As the meeting came to the end, the President Commissioner read the decision reached by the board to appoint Hamid Abidin as Executive Director of PFI.
