Philanthropy News – May 2024

The Indonesian Philanthropy Association (PFI) proudly presents the latest updates on activities and membership growth for May 2024 in the May 2024 Edition of Philanthropy News.

This month’s edition features an opinion piece on the Indonesia Fund and Philanthropic Support by Linda Hoemar Abidin (Member of PFI’s Supervisory Board & Chair of the Arts Coalition Supervisory Board), along with key discussions at the Jurisdiction Collective Action Forum (JCAF) Dialogue #25 and the Changemaker Gathering. We are also delighted to announce the addition of six new members to PFI’s expanding network.

In this May edition, we present the event schedule resulting from PFI’s collaboration with the Environmental and Conservation Philanthropy Cluster. Highlights include the talk show "World Environment Day 2024: The Role of Youth in Nature Preservation", as part of the #KamiPilihPulih #RestorationGeneration campaign, and the Philanthropy Learning Forum #63 titled “Indonesia Philanthropy Outlook 2024: Exploring Key Findings and Recommendations to Strengthen the Philanthropic Ecosystem for Sustainable Development”.
