Study of Policies that Support and Restrict Philanthropy’s Involvement and Participation in SDGs Achievement

Research purposes

To identify state law products that support and do not support the involvement and participation of philanthropy in encouraging the achievement of SDGs targets in Indonesia, with outcome and output among others:

• Generate a guide and provide a reference for stakeholders in reviewing legal / policy products that support the involvement and role of the philanthropic sector in driving the achievement of SDGs targets in Indonesia.
• Finding policies that do not support the involvement and participation of the philanthropic sector in encouraging the achievement of SDGs targets in Indonesia, so as to bring about changes and increase in development policies in Indonesia.
